Book Blurb for Phantom

The “Phantom” was a musical phenomenon that Rebecca had always found enchanting. She had no idea that her life was about to mirror the play that was her obsession. When her high school drama club chooses “Phantom” as their annual production, Rebecca finds herself in the middle of an unlikely love triangle and the target of a sadistic stalker who uses the lines from the play as their calling card.

Rebecca lands the lead role of Christine, the opera diva, and like her character, she is torn between her two co-stars—Tom the surfer and basketball star who plays the lovable hero, and Justyn, the strangely appealing Goth who is more than realistic in the role of the tortured artist.

Almost immediately after casting, strange things start to happen both on and off the stage. Curtains fall. Mirrors are shattered. People are hurt in true phantom style. They all seem like accidents until Rebecca receives notes and phone calls that hint at something more sinister. Is Justyn bringing to life the twisted character of the phantom? Or in real life are the roles of the hero and the villain reversed? Rebecca doesn’t know who to trust, but she knows she’s running out of time as she gets closer and closer to opening night. Only when the mask is stripped away, will the twenty first century phantom finally be revealed. Print Length: 262 pages

Destiny Unveiled E-Book is Now Available on Amazon!

\
Because of some craziness going on over at Smashwords, it took awhile, but the Destiny Unveiled E-book is finally available on Amazon!  Get your copy for only $3.99!   Print copies are also available for $14.95. So far everyone says this book is even better then the first!  Below is a brief description, but remember you should read the original Destiny first.  Destiny Unveiled can stand on its own, but it gives away the ending of the first book, so its best to read them in order.

Gabriella and Darron thought their magickal battle was over when they defeated the evil warlock, Richard. When her Aunt Donna seeks Gabriella's help in rescuing her catatonic daughter from the Dark Coven, Gabriella discovers that her cousin holds a power within her that would be catastrophic in the hands of the evil witches. Gabriella's coven sets out on a journey that may be their last. Along the way, they meet new allies, face devastating treachery, and battle not only the Dark Coven, but the darkness within themselves. When Gabriella finally comes face to face with the cousin she never knew existed, her true destiny is unveiled, and the fate of the mortal world is in her hands.

Book Spotlight! Cherish by Ann Mayburn

What started out as a one night stand has turned into the best decision of Sam’s life after he marries the formerly straight man of his dreams, Cody. When his new husband tells Sam he has a special surprise for him on their honeymoon Sam can’t help but wonder what he has in store for him. Secluded from the rest of the world in the cabin they built together in the mountains surrounding Las Vegas, the two men begin their life together with plenty of passion and love.

About the Author:
Ann is Queen of the Castle to her wonderful husband and three sons in the mountains of   West Virginia. In her past lives she's been an Import Broker, a Communications Specialist,   a US Navy Civilian Contractor, a Bartender/Waitress, and an actor at the Michigan    Renaissance Festival. She also spent a summer touring with the Grateful Dead-though she will deny to her children that it ever happened.    From a young age she's been fascinated by myths and fairytales, and the romance that often was the center of the story. As Ann grew older and her hormones kicked in, she discovered trashy romance novels. Great at first, but she soon grew tired of the endless stories with a big wonderful emotional buildup to really short and crappy sex. Never a big fan of purple prose, throbbing spears of fleshy pleasure and wet honey pots make her giggle, she  sought out books that gave the sex scenes in the story just as much detail and  plot as everything else-without using cringe worthy euphemisms. This led her to the wonderful world of Erotic Romance, and she's never looked back.

Now Ann  spends her days trying to tune out cartoons playing in the background to get  into her 'sexy space' and has learned to type one handed while soothing a  cranky baby.

PG rated Excerpt:
The big engine of the quad-cab truck thrummed and Sam relaxed back into the comfort of the passenger seat as Cody down shifted into second gear. They drove deeper into the Humboldt-Toiyabe National Forest outside of Las Vegas, and the steep road narrowed down to one lane. An old rock ballad played from the radio, and Cody leaned over to turn it up, humming along with the song. Sam wanted to open his window to let in some of the fresh air, but the truck threw up clouds of dust as they drove along the gravel road. Not that he minded. The dust caught the late afternoon sunlight shinning through the juniper and spruce trees that surrounded them on all sides and turned it into gold.
As beautiful as the forest was, nothing kept his gaze from the blond man beside him. He turned in his seat and eyed the new steel and gold ring on Cody’s work-roughened hand. He’d placed the band there less than ten hours ago in a small ceremony back home in Vegas. Cody sang along with the radio, his golden beard catching the light. The low timbre of his voice warmed Sam from the inside out and he thanked his lucky stars that he’d found his mate.
If someone had told him two years earlier that he’d be on his honeymoon with the handsome construction foreman, he would have laughed his ass off. Everyone knew Cody loved women and women adored him, so they’d had been stunned when it became public knowledge that he and Sam were dating. Cody liked to say that his love for his boyfriend went beyond rules, beyond any easy explanations. They were simply meant to be.
Without taking his eyes from the road, Cody reached out and grabbed his hand, running his thumb over Sam’s calloused palm. “Did you remember to pack the towels?”
“Yep. And the washcloths.”
“Good, I don’t want to have to dry myself off with those ridiculously expensive sheets of yours again.”
He clenched his teeth at the memory of finding his then-fiancé drying off with a fitted sheet after a hard day of working on their cabin together. “Those were thousand thread count Egyptian cotton sheets that I picked out just for our cabin!”
“A thousand threads, huh? Well they didn’t absorb water worth shit.” He stole a glance at him, barely hiding a smile. “And why do they gotta be Egyptian cotton? What’s wrong with American cotton?”
He closed his eyes and shook his head. Cody enjoyed making fun of the stereotype that all construction workers were ignorant rednecks. He’d helped Sam pick the sheets out, spending hours together selecting just the right colors for the bedroom of their dream vacation home.
The truck hit a hole in the road and Sam’s head thumped against the window. “Ow!”
“Sorry ‘bout that,” the blonde man said and gave him a wink. “You just look so damned good. I can’t keep my eyes on the road.”
He snorted, but his heart warmed and he lifted their linked hands to his mouth, sucking on the tip of the Cody’s thumb. “Well we can’t have that. I’d hate to have our honeymoon end with a fiery crash down the side of the mountain.” He  laved the tip with his tongue before pulling it out with a pop. “Yep, you really should pay attention to your driving.”
He shifted in the driver seat and tried to subtly adjust his bulge. “You’re not helping.”
Sam glanced out the windshield, as familiar with the winding road to their cabin as his own backyard. Heck, he should be. They’d made over four dozen trips up and down the mountain as they built their log cabin on the edge of the National Park. Their ultimate mountain retreat was almost complete, and he couldn’t think of any place he’d rather spend his honeymoon than surrounded by the solitude of the wilderness and Cody.
